    1. Do 3 steps from week 0 
    2. Decide & write down what is my resolution or goal or theme for the next 12 weeks.

    3. Take Action – write it down by hand!

    WEEK 2 - Purpose & Values

    1. Choose as many values that resonate with you:

    2. Narrow down your values to your top 5
    & then choose ONE as your TOP Value.

    3. Combine your values with your naggings to write your purpose statement:

    I feel called to do __________.
    I’m called to do it because _________.

    It means I need to show up in the following gifts/skills _______, _______, and _______.

    So I can help these particular people __________.

    I need to show them ________ to help them (get thru this)

    or (get this) or (accomplish this) or (develop this).

    This is my purpose!

    WEEK 3 - Overcome your Blocks & Fears

    1. Values are antidotes to fear

    • Review your values from week 2
    • Write down what fears are you feeling

    2. Become friendly & familiar with your fears

    3. Take micro-steps to overcome blocks
