What if I miss a day and were not able to attend?

We will record each session and you can come back to watch.

How long is FREE Trial?

One Week 5 days- We meet Monday to Friday.

You will receive a calendar invite starting following Monday of when you join.

What if I have questions or would like a personal session?

Send Jas an email or book a complimentary session.

What happens after FREE Trial?

You can come back and pay for one month or join a the monthly subscription.
You will receive a new calendar invite after you pay.
