When does the program Start ?

We will begin on Jan 12th and meet every week till Mar 30th. 

The live sessions will be held on Sundays at 10 am EST-NY time.  
Sessions will be recorded if you are not able to attend. 

You will also get an email with a Weekly theme, video recording & what do to. 

If you are joining after Jan 12th & missed session/s, you can catch up

What if I missed a session or am starting late?

Each session will be recorded.

You can start any time and catch up if you missed a session
