The Importance of Releasing Negative Energy

We all carry limiting beliefs, patterns, and past experiences that can weigh us down. Today, our focus is on recognizing these negative energies and letting them go. This practice is essential for maintaining a positive and healthy mindset.

Affirmations for Cleansing

To start, let’s prepare our affirmations. These should cover all four areas of our lives: health, relationships, career, and money. Here are some examples to inspire you:

  • Health: “I am super healthy and fit.”
  • Relationships: “I love myself and the people around me.”
  • Career: “I love my work and am grateful for it.”
  • Money: “I am grateful for the savings and money I have.”

 

Guided Meditation

Settle into a comfortable posture, close your eyes, and connect with your breathing. Be grateful for your health and the functioning of your organs. Visualize the lifestyle you want to live and how you want to feel. Connect with memories of times when you felt good and imagine living that way every day.

Releasing Negative Energy

Repeat with me: “I am ready to clean and release all my negative energy.” Breathe in positive energy and breathe out anything negative. Make a strong intention to let go of anything unhelpful.
